Futures Market for Presidential Election results

www.presidentialmarket.org provides a futures market in which "shares" of presidential candidates and state electoral results can be bought and sold. The goal (as with any futures market) is to make the shrewdest bets and the most "money" by correctly predicting electoral results but also making wise investment decisions day-to-day based on what is happening in the political "marketplace." It's an ingenious idea, and interesting to look at. Futures markets, of course, are often very effective in predicting outcomes, especially when real money is on the line, and this will be an interesting exercise to watch. Kerry and Bush have tracked one another very closely with only a few exceptions.
