Great blurb on a too-quickly-diminishing breed in Salt Lake City and Utah politics. Governor Rampton ("Franklin Delano Rampton") is quite a character, one whom I've had the honor of meeting. He shared the same LBJ story about Robert McNamara at that time as well. Great story.
