I've long been a big fan of the Google toolbar, but MSN's toolbar continues to improve and add some neat functionality, like the weather add-in here. While I generally use Google for web search, I use MSN's Desktop Toolbar for Desktop Search, as it is a much better local search experience, in my opinion.
